For breakfast I had a bagel (270 calories), with cream cheese (90 calories) and bacon (70 calories). I also had a coffee (est 100 calories). For a snack I had some chocolate milk (200 calories). For lunch I had a small baked potato (110 calories) with a little butter and cheese (est 90 calories). I then went to the gym and did the elliptical for 60 minutes (est. 542 calories burned). I then had 3/4 a cup of whole wheat pasta (200 calories), with a plain grilled chicken breast (est 150 calories) and a half cup of marinara sauce (70 calories). For a snack later I had a Luna bar (180 calories).

So today wasn't too bad. No pizza at least!
